We do not accept returns with any type of reed.  Reeds are verified prior to shipping.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect with any other product, store credit or exchange may be arranged.

We have confidence in and experience with the products we sell.  Where practical, all products are tested prior to shipping.  Please call or email with any questions prior to ordering.
